UNDERSTANDING THE QUR'AN

for the religion of Islam if you want to know the meaning Quran I post this for us to learn and practice it

Al Quran according to the meaning of terms (terminology) that
1. The Qur'an is the word of Allah, which is a miracle, which was revealed to the last prophet and messenger-mediated Angel Gabriel is written in the Manuscripts submitted to us mutawatir were instructed to read it, that starts with the letter Al-Fatihah, and closed with a Letter of Annas
2. The Qur'an is the Arabic pronunciation revealed to Prophet Muhammad conveyed to us mutawatir, was ordered to read that challenges each person (to arrange though) to (make) a letter from the shortest letters in it.
3. Qur'an instructed to read (besides learned and practiced) by reading the Qur'an is worship.
4. Manuscripts written in the Koran, that the Qur'an was written since the fall (Prophet Muhammad SAW). Because this is always written Qur'an also called "the Bible". Today, copies of the Koran called "Mushaf Usmani" for writing follow Usman Bin Affan method.






The function of the Koran
After the Prophet's death, which left behind is the Koran that awake from aberrations and distortions to be used as a guide and navigate the guidelines in this mortal world. Allah SWT says:
"Say: O people, verily I am the messenger of God (who) was sent to all of you, that it is God who has dominion of the heavens and the earth, there is no god but He, and a deadly turn, then you believe in Allah and His Apostle. Ummi Prophet who believes in Allah and his words to sentences (His book books) and follow him so that you get a clue (Surat al-Arof: 158) [Ministry of Religious Respublik Indonesia, the Qur'an and Terjemahnya, (Surabaya: Toha Son), h.231]
Also mentioned FirmanyaNya:
"Most holy God who has lowered the Al-Furqan (Al-Qur'an) to His servants, to serve as a warning to the whole world" (Surah Furqan: 1) [5]
Some names of the Qur'an, either directly or indirectly reveal the function of the Koran. From the point of the content or substance, as a function of the Koran written in the names are as follows:
a. Al-Huda (guidance)
In the Qur'an, there are three categories of the position of the Qur'an as a guide. First, the instructions for humans in general. God said, "Month of Ramadhan is the month that revealed his Qur'an which serves as a guidance for mankind and explanations about them ..." (Surah Al-Baqoroh [2]: 185).
Secondly, the Qur'an is a guidance for those who fear Him. God said, "Holy Qur'an there is no doubt in it, guidance for those who fear Him"
​​(Surah Al-Baqoroh [2]: 2).
That the Qur'an serves as a guide for those who fear Him also explained in other verses, such as Surat Al-Imron [3] Paragraph 138.
Third, the instructions for those who believe. God says: ".... Say: 'Al-Qur'an was bleary-eyed guide and antidote to the believers ... "(Surah Fussila [41]: 44).
b. Al-Furqan (separator)
In the Qur'an it is said that he was ugeran that distinguishes and separates even the rights and the vanity or between right from wrong. God said, "The month of Ramadan is the month of revelation of the Quran that serve as guidance for mankind and the explanations of the clues and distinction (between right and falsehood) ... (Surah Al-Baqaroh [2]: 185).
c. Al-Shifa (Drugs)
The Qur'an says that it serves as a cure for a disease that is in the chest (which may be referred to here is a psychological disease). Berfiman Allah, "O mankind indeed has come to you from your Lord and a healing lessons of diseases (that is) in the chest ..." (Surah Yunus [10]: 57).
d. Al Mau'idzoh (advice)
In the Qur'an it is said that it serves as advice for people devoted. Allah says, "Al-Qur'an is the lighting for the entire human and guidance and lessons for pious people" (Surah Ali Imron [3]: 138)
Thus the function of the Koran are taken from the names that difirman Allah in the Qur'an. Being a function of the Qur'an from the experience and appreciation of the content depending on the quality of devotion invidu concerned. [Drs. Atang Abd. 3. Importance of Reading Al-Quran
Allah revealed the Qur'an to the Prophet Muhammad SAW to release mankind from darkness and ignorance into the light of Islam, so to be really good and the best people that ever existed on this earth.
Among the characteristics or features that owned the Qur'an was that he could give intercession on the Day of Judgment the people who read it, study it, it is based on the hadith narrated by Abi Umamah al, Bahimah, that the Messenger of Allah said, which means:
"Read the Qur'an, he will come on the Day of Judgment intercession as giving him" (Muslim) [Imam Muslim, Sahih Muslim, (Lebanon: Darul Fikri, tt), h.134] Allaah knows best
